re Drones Stolen from Fort Campbell Kentucky

Two suspects have been identified in the theft of four Skydio X10D drone systems from Fort Campbell, Kentucky, according to the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) and the Department of the Army Criminal Investigation Division (CID).  The drones were stolen between November 21 and 24, 2025, from a secured government building—Building 6955, 326th Division Engineer Battalion—where they were stored in a locked area.  The individuals involved had authorized access to the installation and bypassed the storage cage locks.

The Skydio X10D drones are defense-grade, AI-powered systems valued at approximately $28,000 each, totaling over $110,000 in military hardware.  They are equipped with high-resolution cameras, thermal sensors, and autonomous flight capabilities, including operation in complete darkness. Despite the high-tech nature of the drones, there is no threat to the public, as they were only equipped with small cameras.

The Army CID is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible.  Credible evidence has been gathered, including possible whereabouts of the stolen drones.  The investigation remains active.
